Professional Background

Bill Bunch joined Wilson Kibler in 2010 as a former business owner and, in total, has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Bill is active in Recreational Land and Agricultural property, as well as the Timber-tract market, all of which are seeing renewed activity as the economy continues to expand. He also participates in site selection and additional aspects of development.

Bill has extensive knowledge of Office and Retail Investment properties. He also has experience developing PUDs (Planned Unit Developments) for mixed-use development tracts. His experience includes the development of the PUD, the rezoning process, negotiation with SCDOT regarding traffic patterns, ingress and egress, as well as engineering and infrastructure improvement requirements during development.
