Wylie Coker is a commercial real estate broker with Wilson Kibler. Wylie Coker is a professional with strong experience in both industrial and land transactions across South Carolina. A Sumter native, he brings a detailed understanding of local markets and growth corridors to each assignment. Wylie works with a wide range of clients—including industrial users, landowners, home builders, and single-tenant retail developers—helping them identify and secure sites that align with their strategic goals. His background includes involvement in notable industrial deals, raw land acquisitions, and sale-leaseback transactions, giving him a well-rounded perspective on market positioning, due diligence, and land-use considerations.

Wylie’s disciplined, team-oriented approach is rooted in his experience as a collegiate athlete. He graduated from Columbia International University, where he pitched and played middle infield for the CIU baseball team. Outside of work, Wylie enjoys baseball, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. Whether in the woods or on the water, he values South Carolina’s natural landscapes—and brings that same appreciation and energy to his work. Wylie is an annual host of the Warrior Bonfire Project, and he has been a dedicated member of Christ Community Church for over two decades.”
