Professional Background

Scott Snedigar joined Wilson Kibler in 2018 as a senior brokerage associate in the firm’s Greenville office. Mr. Snedigar brings to his position more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, managing and developing commercial and industrial projects throughout the South.

Mr. Snedigar has participated in the creation and design of large projects, including millions of square feet built for suppliers that support BMW, the Shops of Greenridge in Greenville, and Biltmore Park Town Square near Asheville. He has developed plans in excess of 1 million square feet for clients such as Clearwater Paper, Caterpillar, and Michelin.

Mr. Snedigar’s background and knowledge of the intricate steps that go into building and design have given him a keen eye for seeing how properties can be utilized and improved to the fullest benefit for his clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Kibler, beginning in 2014, Mr. Snedigar served as a brokerage associate at Spectrum Commercial Properties, where he specialized in office, industrial, and land transactions.
