Mike Rabb joined Wilson Kibler in 2026 as a Broker Associate in the firm’s Columbia office, where he is building his commercial real estate career in restaurants and hospitality. Prior to joining the firm, Mike has owned and operated restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia, and Georgetown, South Carolina since 1997.

As a restaurateur and small business entrepreneur, Mike has a knack for recognizing potential and forecasting trends in commercial development, while also maintaining a focus on the local community and the preservation of historical character. His contributions to the communities where his restaurants have operated include establishing and serving on multiple neighborhood business associations, managing flagship community events, and sponsoring community programs and activities.

Mike resides in Columbia with his partner, Kelly, and their two dogs, Dio and Ladybird. He continues to own and operate a restaurant in Atlanta. In his free time, he serves as a volunteer culinary educator at FoodShare South Carolina, Mental Illness Recovery Center Inc (MIRCI), and Landmarks for Families.
