Professional Background

As a Senior Commercial Property Manager with Wilson Kibler, Inc., Colin oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets throughout South Carolina, which includes retail shopping centers, office, mixed-use developments, and industrial properties. He has extensive experience in property financials, client and tenant relations, project management, and commercial leasing practices, with a detail-oriented management style that supports long-term asset value and operational efficiency.

Colin Reisert joined Wilson Kibler in 2021 as a property manager in the firm’s Columbia office.

Prior to Wilson Kibler, Colin worked as a Financial Analyst for a national asset management firm in Washington, D.C. where he developed a working knowledge of GSA real estate investments and property management. His expertise includes coordination of management activities, tenant relations, and leasing analysis.
