Professional Background
Brooks joined Wilson Kibler in 2017 as an associate broker. Brooks focuses on multi-family investment sales and has a proven track record of successfully assisting clients with dispositions and acquisitions of apartments. Brooks was promoted to Senior Associate in 2019 and Principal in 2023.
In addition to multi-family, Brooks has completed sales of office and retail investment, as well as development projects.
Prior to Wilson Kibler, Brooks worked in community association management in Columbia, S.C. and Charlotte, N.C. While working as a property manager, he also established a track record of developing new business and negotiating contracts.
Brooks is a native of South Carolina, he and his wife live in Columbia, SC with their two children. Brooks is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
