Jackson Blvd.  The 32,518-square-foot multi-tenant property sold to 4500 Fort Jackson, LLC. for $1.92 million. The new owner will occupy a portion of the space and continue to lease the remainder.  Newmark Wilson Kibler will handle the leasing of the property.
