Griffin Chophouse Group lands sought after Devine Street location

Griffin Chophouse, the popular Lexington steakhouse and butcher shop, announced plans today to redevelop the former Dark Horse Tattoo building at 2244 Devine St. into its newest Midlands location. The property will undergo extensive renovations to include a large outdoor dining area and ample on-site parking.
Award-winning Chef Henry Griffin says he is thrilled to bring the chophouse experience to the Devine Street-Cross Hill area with signature items such as Certified Angus Beef (CAB) dry-aged steaks, a wide array of BBQ, ribs, seafood, and salads, as well as the restaurant’s popular brisket candy.
Griffin Chophouse Devine will have a full bar and plans to host monthly beer, wine, and liquor pairings in addition to daily lunch specials.
Demolition and construction are underway, and according to the restaurant, its newest location is expected to open its doors in April 2022.
Boo Kibler Moca and James Rogers of Wilson Kibler represented the landlord while Liz Deese with Scott Davis Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.
