Wilson Kibler is always looking for new talent across our service platforms. We are currently seeking those with an active South Carolina real estate license to join our brokerage team.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Identify new client opportunities, while developing and maintaining trusted industry relationships
- Manage property tours individually, or with colleagues, while maintaining a professional and engaging experience that best highlights the features and benefits of our portfolio assets
- Create and maintain detailed real estate documents with a high level of accuracy, including: Leases, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Letters of Intent, customer and prospect correspondence, reports, invoices, and contracts, among other items
- Work closely with our marketing and research team to develop and maintain a portfolio of best-in-class marketing materials and presentations
