Columbia, SC — August 5, 2025 — Wilson Kibler Commercial Real Estate is pleased to present the sale of five parcels totaling approximately one acre at the high-traffic corner of Devine Street and Heidt Street in Columbia, South Carolina. The property sold for $1.9 million and is slated for redevelopment into a multifamily residential project, marking another significant investment in Columbia’s growing Devine Street District.
