Wilson Kibler expands property management division

Columbia, SC (June 25, 2021) – Wilson Kibler, a full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Columbia since 1987, is thrilled to announce plans to expand its property management division with the recent hiring of Colin Reisert. Reisert joins the firm as a property manager in the company’s Columbia office, where he plans to specialize in asset management and tenant relations.

Reisert comes to Wilson Kibler after working as a financial analyst for a national asset management firm in Washington, D.C. During that time, he developed a working knowledge of federal property real estate investments, working with the General Services Administration, and the fundamentals of property management.

Reisert earned his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of South Carolina.

Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint coming to Five Points

Columbia, S.C. (June 10, 2021) – Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint recently announced plans to open its first South Carolina location at 711 Harden St. in Five Points.

Mike Edwards of Wilson Kibler represented the property owner and Chase Morten of The Keith Corporation represented Jack Brown’s in leasing the ±2,400-square-foot retail space, which is located across from Home Team BBQ in the heart of the bustling shopping district.

“Jack Brown’s is going to do really well in this location,” Edwards said in a news release. “They will benefit immensely from being so close to the University of South Carolina campus and the central business district. Jack Brown’s will be a real asset to dining in Columbia, and we are thrilled to have them in Five Points.”
