Wilson Kibler represents Nuttall Tire in Purchase of Former Car Dealership

Wilson Kibler industrial specialist George McCutchen, CCIM, SIOR, represented Nuttall Tire in the recent purchase of the former Dick Dyer Toyota dealership at 3215 Two Notch Rd. Owner Stephan Nuttall says increased demand led to a need for more space.

Nuttall Tire will be relocating from its longtime facility at 2405 Millwood Ave. near downtown. The move is expected to be completed by the end of the year. According to McCutchen, “Nuttall enjoys a great reputation of taking care of their customers’ whole cars – not just tires. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I can understand why people trust the Nuttall team to get their families safely from point A to Point B.”

“This has been a journey since 1984 when my Dad and Granddad started this business in a small five-bay location on Taylor St. with only two dedicated parking places,” said owner Stephen Nuttall. “To be where we are today is a blessing from the Lord! It’s a move that is attributed to our great customers who have believed in and trusted us for nearly four decades.

“We will be more efficient and have the opportunity to grow and continue getting better. Expanding from 13 work bays and 40 parking places in our current location to more than 30 work bays and over 100 parking places provides us with all of those opportunities.”
Nuttall, now on its third generation of family ownership, has been in operation in Columbia since 1984.
