Wilson Kibler’s multifamily specialist Brooks Owings represented the owner in the recent sale of the 30-unit Winterberry Place townhomes in Northeast Columbia. The properties located, which are located at 103, 105 and 113-125 Winterberry Ln., total approximately 39,000 square feet. The properties sold for $2.28 million.

Wilson Kibler’s Edward Wilson, Robert Carter, and Coleman Davis represented the landlord in leasing 20,500 square feet at 113 Reed Ave. in Lexington to the South Carolina State Accident Fund, a workers’ compensation provider. Wilson Kibler represented the landlord, Elm Tree Funds, in the lease.
