Wilson Kibler sells former Garners Ferry Road restaurant for $725,000

Columbia, S.C. (September 19, 2019) – The 11,000-square-foot building located at 7550 Garners Road, formerly Ryan’s Steakhouse, sold for $725,000.  Wilson Kibler’s William Mills and John Mills represented the seller in the recent transaction.  The purchaser plans to open a restaurant in the space.

Garners Ferry Road continues to be a popular destination for retailers due to its desirable location near I-77 and key demographics. 7550 Garners Ferry Road is in a suburban corridor that is home to major retailers including Walmart, Aldi, Lowe’s, and Chick-fil-A.

William Mills and John Mills specialize in the leasing and sale of retail properties throughout the Columbia market.

 

Summerville, S.C. (September 3, 2019) – Virginia-based pizza restaurant Benny’s has purchased the building at 111 S. Main St. in Summerville, with plans to open a restaurant there.

Benny’s has two S.C. locations — Benny Ravello’s on King Street in Charleston and Benny Palmetto’s on Coleman Boulevard in Mount Pleasant. The company also has locations in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.

Hank Beckham of Wilson Kibler represented Benny’s in the purchase of the building, which sold for $625,000.
