Originally from the Upstate, Kirstie moved to Columbia in May of 2014, and began her career with Wilson Kibler the following September by working in reception.  In January of 2015, she joined the company full time as Lease Administrator.

In addition to assisting the accounting department, Kirstie is responsible for maintaining leases, as well as listing agreements, and helping agents in various day to day operations.

Det Bowers joined Newmark Wilson Kibler in May of 2016. Prior to joining Wilson Kibler, Mr. Bowers served as a licensed attorney practicing in Federal, State and Municipal Courts. Professional Background

Robert Carter began his commercial real estate career at Newmark Wilson Kibler in 2009, gaining sales and leasing experience in the office, industrial and REO sectors. He returned to the firm in 2018 to focus on office leasing and sales. In the interim, Mr. Carter obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in 2016. He then served as an associate at RealOp Investments in Greenville, South Carolina, where he underwrote more than $100 million of Southeastern office and industrial properties. An avid real estate investor, Mr. Carter also manages a portfolio of income-producing cropland in the Midwest.

Education

Mr. Carter earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of South Carolina. He also attended Duke University.
