CAREER SUMMARY

Neal started his real estate career in 1995 and joined Newmark Grubb | Wilson Kibler in January 1998.  He moved to Myrtle Beach, SC in 2004 to open an office for Newmark Grubb | Wilson Kibler and is currently the managing broker there.  His primary focus has been on retail sales and leasing including site selection, disposition and tenant representation for many regional and national clients.  Neal is the SC State Operations Chairman for the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of both the Grubb & Ellis Retail Council and Retail Executive Committee.  Neal holds both a South Carolina and North Carolina real estate license.
