CAREER SUMMARY

Julian began working at Grubb & Ellis in January of 2006 in the Research and Marketing Department.  In January 2007 he went into full time brokerage and has broken his specialization in two categories: Industrial Real Estate, and regionally into the West Columbia, Cayce and Lexington Area.  In 2007, Julian co-founded Commercial Properties of SC, LLC, which developed the industrial flex center "Congaree Business Center", and is in the process of developing "The Shops at Cayce" retail center.

Julian has been in the South Carolina National  Guard since 2001.  He is currently the Company Commander of Headquarter Company 351 Aviation Support Battalion in Sumter, SC. Julian is a principal and director of Real Estate for Palmetto State Armory Ammuntion Supply House.
