CAREER SUMMARY

Marshall has been involved in the leasing, management and brokerage of real estate assets since 1982.  Prior to his election as President, he served as Corporate Secretary of the company for eleven years.  His experience covers most aspects of the commercial real estate business.  He has managed, leased and sold retail properties ranging from strip centers to malls.  He has served as consultant and asset manager for individual investors and major corporations.  Marshall has been involved in the management and leasing of office buildings, both in the suburbs and downtown.  He holds real estate licenses in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
