CAREER SUMMARY

As the director of the research department, Ben is responsible for maintaining accurate, up to date property information.  The information ranges from available properties, new developments, tenants in the market, and sale and lease comparables.

Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler, Ben was employed with a variety of Columbia’s real estate companies in research and marketing. Today, Ben works closely with the company’s sales associates and clients to provide current market information that aids in real estate decisions.
